Monty and Nicole= Married!

The gorgeous Nicole married the very handsome Monty on the 1st of March this year. They also united a family at the same time. What cute kiddos! Nicole and Monty wed at the 1st Baptist Church in downtown Dallas. The glorious reception followed at Maple Manor. So many cool things happened during the day. First, Monty had a groomsman sneak over a very vintage bottle of Dom. Nicole couldn't believe it. She really wanted to save it to savor with Monty, but the groomsman insisted it was for her and her ladies to enjoy.

Nicole's mom gave her a photo of her brother to wear. Tragically, her brother had died years ago. The photo was a favorite of both mother and daughter.

Mike and I couldn't quit holding hands on the drive home. It was one of those weddings that made your remember why people find each other. Destiny.

Nicole's Bridal

Ok, how gorgeous is this lady???!! Wow! I fell in love with Nicole the minute I saw her. She'd met with a dozen photographers and had given up she said. But then she found us, right down the street from where she lived, and she quickly became a great friend. I just love her outlook. She had a very definate idea of what she wanted, and we worked together to give her just what she wanted. She even brought along her cute little dog, Sissie, who was a cutie and a half. I think my little Bennie has a crush on Sissie. :-)

Spectacular Weddings of Texas

Mike and I have another great announcement to make, and that is that "Spectacular Weddings of Texas" is now being printed and will be available soon at Barnes and Nobles bookstores.

The beautiful art book is being published by Signature Publishing and Panache Partners.
We are honored to have 8 weddings featured in this gorgeous book!

If you want an invitation to the booksigning, please shoot us an e-mail. We'll write funny stuff in there, because we aren't used to all this "book signing" hoop de do. It's cool though, don't get me wrong. :-)

I'll update as soon as the book is in print with our photos and the bride and groom's stories of their big day.

Things are moving fast for us here at Visions In White, and we couldn't be more tickled. Rena and Daniel-February 16th 2008

I LOVE this entire family. We have worked for them twice, and are hoping the youngest son get's engaged soon! They are every photographer's delight.
Rena and Daniel got married on a very rainy February day at Perkins Chapel in Dallas. They say rain at a wedding is good luck, so this couple is triple blessed!
Rena, naturally beautiful, was vibrant and excited. Her handsome man Daniel was overjoyed to be marrying the woman of his dreams.
The beautiful couple partied the night away at the Adolphus surrounded by their best friends and family. (Some of whom came from as far away as Australia just to help them celebrate).
Rena and Daniel are made for each other, and Mike and I wish them a wonderful and happy life!
