Chelsea's Bridal at The Cotton Mill

Chelsea is hilarious, with a lightning fast wit and a devilish sense of humor. This lady simply loves life. She chose for her bridal session the funky yet beautiful Old Cotton Mill, in McKinney, Texas. We started out in a demolition area of the Mill which I lovingly refer to as "Beruit behind the Mill". She adored the irony of the crisp white gown against the tumbled walls and broken windows. I'm currently working on her wedding photos, and will be sharing them soon. But in the meantime, enjoy the beautiful Chelsea!

Ashley and Bryan married at the Gaylord Texan on April 12, 2008. The affair was outragously lavish, and all the guests were blown away by every facet of this wedding. Ashley wore beautiful custom white cowboy boots under her beaded white gown.
The guys wore Texas Star cufflinks. Everything about this wedding was as big as Texas, and a homage to their beloved state.

Ashley and her mom Bryan's brother helps him straighten his tie.
Due to the Texas theme, we did a different take on the girl's photo
That's one big hat!
Ashley's proud parents look on.

The awesome cake was decorated with ferret bride and groom, and chocolate barbed wire. The whole thing was surrounded by antelers. (Cakes by Opulent Cakes in Colleyville)

A little cake smashing.
More dancing

And the funniest part of the evening. Overjoyed Ashley started to do cartwheels around the dance floor.

And again
Too warn out to dance, they sat on the floor giggling as a guest waves the custom "Ashley and Bryan Welborn" flag
Ashley, sporting a giant feather, gives Master of Ceremonies, Marcus Rollins, a big hug for the great job he did.

Operation Love Reunited

Wow, what a fantastic organization this is. It basically hooks up professional photographers with US military families for free portrait sessions, and photos of the reuniting of families as their spouses return from duty.
Mike and I are proud to be a part of this. We love our courageous soldiers and their families.

So here is what we (and lots of other great Operation Love Reunited Photogs do):

Free portrait or reuniting sessions for families of US Military Persons. Period. No hidden charges. No charges at all.

All the photogs have different offers for these wonderful people, but here is what we do:

Family or Reuniting shoot, complete with retouched images on DVD with full resolution photos, with unlimited print rights. The DVD is in an 8.5x11 leather folio for a great classic presentation.
If needed, we will also include websized images for easy uploading to your special soldier. Free. As in zero $. Nada. Zilch. The only thing you have to worry about is picking the best photos of the bunch....which you will have a bunch of. Oh heck, just send or print them all. :-)

And don't forget, Visions In White ALWAYS gives discounts on wedding services to active Military personelle (As well as police officers and FireFighters) . We really do appreciate all you do! And we (as parents to a few soldiers ourselves) know exactly how important it is to keep in touch, and send lots and lots of photo love.

So, if you have a soldier in your family, give us a call and we will be happy to set up a date for your free photo session.

We may never sleep again, but it's the least we can do for all our brave Military.
Check out all the great Photographers who also participate in this endevor.

Ashley... Yeee Haw!!!!!!!!

The beautiful Ashley describes herself as a "redneck in training". She loves beautiful cowboy boots, having tons of fun, and especially her handsome hubby to be, Bryan.
We did Ashley's Bridals at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, TX. If you have never been there, it's something to be seen!

Mike and I had a rare Saturday off, and decided to go visit Scarborough Faire. We try to go every year, and we always have the best time. Although they have wonderful shows and great food, we find it fun just to stop and people watch.

Stephanie and Jason at the Dallas Arboretum

Stephanie and Jason are a great couple! They are so fun to work with. They decided to do their engagement photos at the Dallas Arboretum. We were all blessed with a beautiful day. Dallas Blooms was in full swing, and the colors we encountered were amazing. The theme of this year's Dallas Blooms is "State Fair". Stephanie and Jason had fun chasing each other around barrels on stick horses, and Jason found out he was a natural born Stephanie roper!
We look forward to the wedding, as it's sure to be a fun one.

Audrey and Joe- March 8, 2008

Audrey and Joe married on a beautiful March day in downtown Fort Worth. The weather, which had been nuts only days before, cleared up to offer this couple a picture perfect wedding day. The couple married at the historic University Baptist Church and lit up the night at the Petroleum Club shorty thereafter. The wedding was gorgeous, and no small detail was overlooked by this wonderful couple. The guests enjoyed live music and lighting by Jonnie Blanco, and vista views of downtown Fort Worth.
The wedding and reception were as elegant as any bride and groom could ever want.
Audrey wanted a wedding day that was Fun, Romantic, and Spectacular, and she certainly made it happen.
Mike and I had a wonderful time working for this couple and their families. Everyone was wonderful, warm, and welcoming.
Mike and I know Audrey and Joe are going to have a life together, much like their wedding. Fun. Romantic. Spectacular!

Meet the beautiful Audrey:
